Join us on Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM for the EBE Youth Showcase. A celebration of youth creativity, innovation, and leadership. This dynamic event features two powerful showcases in one unforgettable morning:
Shiboka Youth Magazine Live Showcase highlights the creative voices of Durham's young writers, poets, and artists. Experience live poetry performances, gallery-style displays of student writing and artwork, and the official reveal of our digital Shiboka magazine platform.
Future Founders Pitch Competition puts youth entrepreneurship center stage, as students from our fall/winter cohort present their business ideas to a live audience and panel of community judges, plus teen wining prizes to invest in their business ideas.
This is more than an event—it's a launchpad for 2026 youth programming and a chance for parents, educators, and community partners to witness what our young people can accomplish in just 10 weeks.
